The
Meadow
Our class has traveled around Boston and other cities in Massachusetts.
Our class has also divided into four groups to study these places. The group
I'm working in is studying the meadow. It's a little bit dry there, but it's a very
cool place, located on''Deerisland''.
Abiotic
Abiotic things there were soil, air, land formation and climate. The soil on the
surface was hard, but underneath the ground it was soft. The air and climate there
the day we went was about 60º.
Biotic
Some biotic things there were bumblebees, butterflies and producers. Also there are
tree katydids, beetles and grasshoppers. One omnivore we saw was the mouse. The
carnivores there are snakes and birds. The producers
t
here are sunflowers and tall grass
.
